Transxact (Fiji) Ltd ("Transxact", "we", "us") is a Fiji payment company that
is licensed by the Reserve Bank of Fiji ("RBF") to provide merchant acquisition
services. We let a Fiji business accept card, M-PAiSA, and MyCash payments
through one integration, and we pay that money out to the business's bank
account.
These terms apply when you:
If you are a business, you also agree to our Merchant Agreement, which sets out
the business terms.
We move money from a customer to a business. We are the merchant of record with
each payment network, which means we hold the money briefly and then pass the
business's share to its bank account.
We do not hold a bank account for you. Your money is paid out to the Fiji bank
account you give us.
To use Transxact you must be a Fiji business or sole trader. We verify who you
are when you sign up (your legal name, a verified mobile number, TIN, and photo
ID). We may ask for more documents before your first payout.
Keep your login and API keys safe. You are responsible for anything done with
them.
Fees are per payment and are set out in the Merchant Agreement and shown to you
before you create a payment link. We always show you the net amount you will
receive ("You'll receive FJ$x net") before you share a link.
We pay out to your bank account daily, the day after a payment settles (T+1).
You must have a bank account on file and finish our verification checks before
we can pay you.
Refunds are handled by our support team. There is no self-serve refund button,
because the payment networks we use do not let us automate refunds. Contact
support and we will walk it through. See our Dispute Policy.
You must not use Transxact for anything illegal, to hide who a payment is from,
or to sell goods or services that break the law. We may suspend or close an
account that breaks these rules or that our compliance checks flag.
We provide Transxact "as is" and work hard to keep it available and correct. To
the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (like lost
profit) or for losses caused by the payment networks themselves. Nothing in
these terms limits liability that Fiji law does not allow us to limit.
You can stop using Transxact at any time. We can suspend or close your account
if you break these terms or the law, or if we must for compliance reasons. We
will pay out any balance owed to you unless we are required to hold it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji. Disputes are heard in the courts
of Fiji.
