This policy explains what information Transxact (Fiji) Ltd ("we", "us") collects
and what we do with it. "You" is a business that uses Transxact, or a customer
paying through it.
To set up and run your account we collect:
To process a payment we collect the transaction details: the amount, the
payment method, and the customer's mobile number where the payment network
provides it (for example, M-PAiSA returns the payer's number with the result).
We collect this so we can:
the Financial Intelligence Unit.
Fiji law requires us to keep records for seven years. We keep the records we
must keep for that long, and no longer than we need them otherwise.
We share only what is needed:
so the payment can happen,
law requires (for example, suspicious-transaction or cash reports).
We do not sell your information.
We encrypt personal information at rest and only allow our own staff to see it
when their job requires it (for example, our compliance team during a review).
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to
correct it. Contact support and we will help.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the
Dashboard before the change takes effect.
