This agreement sits under our Terms of Service. It sets out the business terms
for you as a business that accepts payments through Transxact (Fiji) Ltd ("we",
"us").
To accept payments you must be a Fiji business or sole trader. We verify your
legal name, a mobile number (by one-time code), TIN, and photo ID when you sign
up, and you can start taking payments right away.
Before your first payout we also need your Fiji bank account, and for businesses
we need your registration certificate and details of who owns and controls the
business. We must finish this before we can pay you.
Fees are per payment and are deducted before we pay you. You always see the net
amount ("You'll receive FJ$x net") before you share a payment link.
| Payment method | What you pay |
|---|---|
| M-PAiSA | 3.5% of the payment |
| MyCash | 1.5% of the payment, minimum FJ$0.50 |
| Card | the card network's rate plus 1% |
There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum payment amount.
We pay out to your bank account daily, the day after a payment settles (T+1).
You must have a bank account on file and have finished verification before we
can pay you.
If a payout fails (for example, your bank details are wrong), we tell you and
hold the money. Fix your bank details and we will retry.
Card customers can dispute a payment ("chargeback"). If a card payment you
received is charged back:
your future payouts.
We may also hold a small rolling reserve (a percentage of your settled card
volume, released later) to cover chargeback risk. We will tell you the exact
percentage before we apply it.
Refunds are handled by our support team; there is no self-serve refund button.
Contact support and we will refund the full amount to the customer.
You agree to:
We may suspend or close your account if you break this agreement or the law, or
if we must for compliance reasons. We will pay out any balance owed to you
unless we are required to hold it. When your account closes, we will work with
you to settle any open payments, your payable, and any reserve.
